The reason why oskills are capped at +3 comes from the fact that otherwise the character which has this particular skill could get some insane lvl of that particular skill. For example trangoul set gives you +18 to fireball for wearing 2 pieces. Normally on fire sorc helmets are at best +3 fire skills and gloves can have +1 fire, so you would have +4, but now you have +18 instead. So you could get 20 (hardpoints) + 18 (trang set) + 10 (hoto, spirit, 2xsoj, arachnid, some +2 armor) + torch, anni and 9 skillers = lvl 61 fireball with lvl 43 mastery :) Similarly barb could have 2xCTA to get +14 BO this way.

back in the day i had a great grief smite/charge paladin that i'd PvP with. i'd 1v1 all the time and win most of my matches. one match up stuck in my memory was a barb who was using this bow and completely wrecked me every time. i'm not sure what other gear he was using but he did amazing damage and had incredible survivability.

I was theory-crafting during the ptr for a bow barb. Max Grim Ward, Find Potion, Shout, B.O, Iron Skin, and just some one point wonders. Then use items to boost damage i.e Dragon/ Dream

So random question I know you can reroll bases and such but can you reroll rune words. You get a junk roll on the rune word can you reroll it to try again or are you stuck with it.

If you want to remove runes from a base, you can do so with Hel rune + a single scroll of Town portal in the cube. This will erase the runes and leave the base for you to try again. The only way to reroll a runeword is to remove the runes destroying them in the process and putting new runes in.
