As an Interior Designer in the USA, you must educated your client that this is a concept of the design and space, not that every hair, color textures will look the same because you will end up with a very unhappy client if you can't produce exactly what are you showing. But is a great way for the client to be able to vision the space, ambience of their homes and D5 Render is the tool.

Overall it looks good but there is something uncanny about the flowers. They almost look black and white and the very bright spot light on them makes them seem even more artificial. In general if you can light a daytime scene without a lot of lamp light, the scene will look more realistic. I don't believe with so much light coming in the windows that the lamp light wouldn't be as bright in reality. Also a background outside the windows would have helped to make the scene more photo realistic.
