Hi Ruth. Thanks for sharing. I've used another approach to reuse the report: first I saved my report. Then I've changed the "Data source settings" accessing the "Edit Queries" button. There I was able to select another dataset. Finally, I saved the report with another name. I'm pretty sure the result will be the same... :-)

Ooh, a day early for Wednesday video! What a pleasant surprise! :) FYI: Apparently, the experience is a little bit different with "New Look on": - there is no "Usage Metrics" button. You would have to go to a workspace > Dashboard or Reports > "climbing arrow" icon on the target item to get the corresponding usage metrics report; - there is no "File" menu item, so you would have to click the 3-dot ellipsis to get the "Save a Copy" item Thanks for the great trick, Ruth (and Kasper)!

Ok, I did a Report using the PBI Data set and created a friendly interface. But I need share it with then others people in the cmpany. But the PBI don't let me. It stay as "reading only" Can I change some details and, then, sharre it?

Si, esta es la manera: How users got access to the content. There are 3 possible methods: users can access the dashboard or report by being members of an app workspace, by having the content shared with them, or by installing a content pack/app. Note that views through an app are counted as "content pack." /Ruth

Now that you have the reports on the desktop you can save that data to a database ;) /Ruth

Not for a live connection, you could use R if you had access to the query editor... Let me know if you find out! /Ruth
