The first male model at the beginning is Tim "Booter" Campbell. He's from Niagara Falls NY and I grew up with him. He passed away in 2017 of cancer at the age of 37. He first appeared in Pharaoh Monch's video for Simon Says. We were all very proud of him. He was super skinny growing up so when we seen he bulked up a bit while in collage it was wild.
