I always wanted to bake or cook anything which my family n I love, I hv failed making egg tarts numerous times, it just doesn’t taste as good as the one selling in shops until I tried yrs! It’s flakey n the filling is delicious! This is the kind of egg tart which I love n will make it again n again!👏

You are an excellent dim sum master. Thank you for sharing yr recipes and technique! I know how to make some dim sum too, but Toisan homestyle like hom siu gok, jeen dui, har gao, turnip and taro cakes, 9 layer sticky cake, etc. 😊
