I watched yr videos to the last of the process it is clear n I am sure it is delicious too! Hi Chef thank you for the recipe. Can I keep the wrapped lotus glutinous rice in the freezer when I want to eat then take it out to steam?
Thank you for this clear and precise video. After wrapping, is it done or if a few minutes of steaming is preferred since isn't that how the scent of the lotus leaves derived?
