I stayed near that street on both my visits to Da Nang this is the first time I have seen it during the day! The seafood place on the end is the largest in Vietnam. I can't believe you are walking around without a hat in this heat....

@@socialsamy I had a nice shrimp dinner there. They have 15-20 chefs working at the same time, I counted 20 woks in the open kitchen and they claim that the place can seat 400 people! I made a video of it. It would be interesting to see this place on a busy night, a lot of 'wok and roll' lol 🤣🤣😂😂 Reply

I just made a video about the mornings here. and I definitely have to change my schedule to wake up early to get some nice quality time outside its really nice between 6-10right?

@@socialsamy Yeah. It is definitely the nicest time to be outside - just before and just after sunrise. Still only around 25 degrees. All the times I am up at 5am or so and head out for a walk, I always promise myself I will start doing this every day....but....laziness haha. So busy outside at that time though - all the sellers - heaps of restaurants already open etc.

Hello and thank you for your videos. I noticed that in this video you walked past the SOCO hotel where I stayed in July this year. I had a ‘Suite with King Size Bed and Terrace’ of 60 m², for which I paid $20 per day. Although the hotel is not new and may look a little worn, I thought it was fantastic value for money. Everything worked as it should, the bed was big and comfortable, the view (partial sea view) was good, and I loved having the space. The staff were friendly, especially the young man who calls himself Jeny at reception. Maybe you have time to take a look at it sometime. Sincerely yours Laus

Thanks for the excellent videos. Would you be able to show some accommodation near the rivers and the local areas. We are planning to come in Feb 2025 for 2 to 3 weeks to relax and eat. We are not big fans of beaches. Thanks very much!

@@Udjeox in terms of exchange yes. Also that’s just an Example I believe all those gold shop change money I will film it soon weirdly enough I know usd and euro they do a better exchange but I’m not sure about any other currencies.

I used them all at some point at the beginning but they always charge just TP Bank and VP Bank do not charge atm fees

VP Bank maximum in 1 withdrawal is 20Million depends on your home bank but I take 20Mil with Chase Bank.

Thanks for the video. We're going to Da Nang in October (and other SE Asian countries). Debating the Airolo eSim vs portable WIFI hotspot. Airolo eSIMs I understand. But the WIFI option would be so much better as far as connection. Have you had any experiences with the WIFI hotspot.. any suggestions?

I never used a portable WiFi hotspot, but might be very good for 2 people traveling combined with having WiFi in every establishment in Da Nang. And I had quite some Issues with eSIM the one time I tried it in Brazil 😭 I still hang onto my iPhone 13 with a SIM card slot 😍 I do believe the major telecommunication company has also ESims I think I’ll go There soon and make a video about it

When I visit Da Nang I would like to get a SIM card with a real +84 local Vietnam phone number included. So that I can sign-up and rent the Blue TN Go share bikes I've seen in videos. Do you have any experience with using the TNGo share bikes in town? Thanks!

My brother! Great videos! I'm planning to move to Da Nang in January 25. Do you know about staying longer than 90 days? I'm from the USA, and I know its different for Germans... how will I be able to have a 12 month apartment lease with only a 90 day e-visa? What is the best way to keep renewing? Thanks!!!

The apartment lease is no problem even with 3 month visas just make sure you pay before you do the visa run :)) every 3 month a nice trip to Thailand and you’re good 🙏

Yes, at TP Bank they do. You have to look for the letters "EN" at the top right of the screen.

Well if you come to Vietnam you have to adapt to the heat the heat is not going to adapt to you! Wake up very very early and have a nap in the afternoon, and enjoy the evening breeze!
