Thank you Samy for the great information! Don't underestimate Vinfast EVs. I am driving a VF8 Plus in California, it's powerful, and driving the EV is a joy. I had been driving a hybrid car for over 10 years, and since I switched to the VF8 Plus, everything has changed, especially when it comes to going uphills. A VF8 has 3 driving modes-eco, normal, and sport. Even with a normal mode, a VF8 can go uphill easily, while my old hybrid car had always struggled driving uphills.

The Vf8 looks so nice. They use it here as the Uber X in the vinfast ride sharing app. I wish their bikes would be bigger 😭

@@sarthak1317 I was told the Vinfast electric motorbike "Evo 200" (not Evo 100) with an LFP battery, can go 203 Km (or 125 miles) on a single charge. According to reports, the driving ranges of Vinfast electric midsize SUV VF8 Eco and Plus are 425 Km (or 264 miles) and 390 Km (or 245 miles) on a full charge, respectively. My 2023 VF8 Plus can get 180 miles on a 70% battery (from 85% down to 15%) without using AC, in normal weather conditions of California. The reason I chose VF8 because Vinfast is the only EV maker that offers a battery warranty of 10 years or 1 million miles, whichever comes first. Everyone knows how expensive an EV battery can be!

Sadly there is no international driver license valid in Vietnam. In reality if you have one real motorbike driver license and international driver license they might let you go. And actually asean driver licenses should count in every asean country but somehow it doesn’t count.

@@Udjeox don’t worry it’s easy with every major western currency to either change cash in gold shops or just take your credit card and cash out money from VP or Tp bank without atm fees. If you want to see the trustworthy no fee atm check my video before. Can you make a video on which hotels offer motorbike rental to non-hotel guests? I once rented a motorbike from a hotel in an island in Thailand. I feel it's safer to rent it from hotel than from a local shop.

It’s not like Thailand tho. Big hotel Brands don’t rent out motorbikes and small ones work with local neighbors. 1-4-5 my friends always use without any issue and the have a very good reputation. But like I said I’m the video unless u use an electric or 50CC you breaking the law.

So here's an interesting question for u. I've been driving a 110cc Honda Vision in HCMC for 6 months w no license, never been pulled over. However, if I were; what would happen? Cuz the police will issue me a ticket for no license and impound the bike. Then I would have to pay the ticket, and have the owner to get the bike from impound and I pay the fee/penalty. I've always wonder what the cost would be? 2m? Of course, there's the coffee money option :) but I hear it's getting harder to bribe these days cuz the VN gov makes cops wear cameras, not to watch u, but to watch themselves for bribes, LOL. I would definitely go for the Vinfast but $100 usd/month seems steep. I got a super deal for the Vision for 700k/month = $28 usd... Moving to DaNang soon 😀

@@benquach3127 it really depends where you drive and what kind of police check point there is. If they have a truck next to it and wear the cameras they go for the bike in worst case scenario. My foreigner friends yet never had any issues getting out of it. I’m pretty sure the big rental guys will fix any issues for you. One friend bought a electric motorbike for 13m on lazada which he can drive without issues. And it’s like a vinfast
