onion 1 medium
cloves...10
black paper...10
cinnamon stick...3
black cardamom.1
green chilli paste...1 tbl spn
tomato....2 medium
salt to taste.1 tea spn
tumeric....1 tea spn
crushed coriander....1 tbl spn
chilli flake...1 tea spn
yellow lentil (soaked for 30 mnt) 500g
water 500ml..
Prepare Tarka......
ghee .... 5 tbl spn
onion .....1 medium
garlic paste.... 1 tbl spn
cumin...1 tea spn
Dried Round Chilli..5-7
Curry Patta leaves .... 10
garnish with green chilli & coriander leaves
