Daal Moong Recipe Better Then Daal Mash || Suleman Hotel Karachi by Tahir Mehmood

hello guys note half kg daal moong recipe for home kitchen.
ghee :half cup 50g
onion: 1 medium size slices
Cloves and black paper 10/10 pecs
cinnamon stick.2
black cardamom.1
ginger garlic paste:2 tb apn
tomato paste:3 medium
salt to taste 1.5 tbl spn
red chilli powder:1 tbl spn
chilli flake:1tbl spn
turmeric:1tbl spn
crushed coriander:1 tbl spn
Daal Mong 500g half kg
water as per gravy
garam masala powder half tbl spn

For Tarka preparing
ghee.50g half cup
onion 1 meduim size slices
ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbl spn
cumin seeds 1 tbl spn
red chilli powder 1/2 tbl spn
red chiili round whole 5/7

No u r wrong ji🙄 Kitchen is no doubt clean but d cook is not doing d right n hygeinic thing by using d same napkin or kitchen towel for cleaning d Kitchen Top + d rim of d Vessel in which d Moong Daal is being cooked😧😷 Plz don't mind me saying dis but it's my request not to use d same napkin for different purposes 🙏 Otherwise ur recipe is definitely Yum Yum 😋
