Inspiring Artists Worth Studying: Robert Valley

At this point I've seen all of Valley's longer animations and several of his short clips. So stylish, yet so grounded, somebody please throw lots of money at this man so he can make more of his unique work, how I would love to see a full length animated feature by him!

Idl why I've never seen any youtube artist mentioning Robert valley as one of the artist that inspired them. It's like most people totally ignored the coolest artstyle ever.

He's not very mainstream in that he tends to be a behind the scenes kind of artist. Storyboards and stuff like that. Animation artists tend to be unknown.

At first I found his style a bit off putting and flat, then I slowly started to love and see how unique his style is the use of colour and shadows and how dynamic and longated his characters were
