I think you are extremely thorough in your presentation as always. Randal Spangler is my favorite artist, I say that because of all the artists in my stash his is the one I have the most pictures of.

Really cute Spangler! I have this one on my wishlist. I purchased one other Spangler in the past and have it in stash. I was fortunate to get the Halloween Mystery kit & the Halloween mini dazzles. 🐉 🎃

I love the fairy dust drills. I did DAC Fuschia Hummingbird. It had a couple, and boy do they look great. As always, thanks for sharing your info. This little dragon is going to be cute.

I like Spangler and I LOVE vampires, so this is on my list - but there are SO MANY dropping and I’m on a no-buy. DAC does not make this easy!! I’m sure I will wind up with 1 (or many). Gotta get ready for Drills & Chills ‘25 😂

I really want to get this one but Im already working on one a painting for Drills and Chills and I have one that I bought a few years ago for Drills and Chills that I never did do. So my fear is if I bought this when would I actually work on it. I really like it tho! Decisions Decisions

Oh snap. I so so want this one and am on a no buy (no money for kits + no storage space left = no buy 😢) On the wish list it goes and hopefully it will be available again (so we doubt a sell out?) after the new year when I’ve finished some kits and made room

Question: What is the DMC? I keep hearing people talk about it but have no clue what it is.

DMC (Dollfus-Mieg & Compagnie) The French founders of the brand. The numbering system is used for drills as a standard for color matching.

DMC is an old company (est. in the 1700s) that makes the best embroidery thread. The drills colors match the embroidery thread color numbers. This provides uniformity of color numbers across the better diamond painting companies. The thread company has 500+ embroidery threads, including ombres. Hope this helps 🙂
