I started trying to do the whole washing once a week trend and I sware after a while of doing that my hair looked more damaged than it ever has before. I stopped and started washing every other day like I always have and my hair is back to mostly healthy like it use to be.

I was my hair every 2-3 days, I could not fathom once a week, my hair would be so dirty if I did that. I loved the Pureology strength cure line, also Amika shampoos are another of my fave. I used to use Redken a lot when I was a student, but am now using Tsubaki Premium and Olaplex. I would love to try Oribe, although they are so expensive

Dacey! Try Oribe serene scalp oil control dry shampoo! It doesn’t leave your hair residue-y and sticky feeling! I have a sensitive scalp and it gets itchy with almost all dry shampoos, and this one is great!

I think it depends on the hair type. Some people wash their hair with conditioner. I'm sure everyone's definition is probably different depending on the products they use to wash their hair
