Hello John :) Thank you for your response. i know it looks like i want to explain how to "add" a mat at drivers floor inside the car. well it was more for - to show "how the rubber mats" looks like inside, and to explain the pro´s and con´s. sorry for confusing :(

I just bought a 2019 duster, this will be helpful when I get the mats soon. Thank you

You wont regret them, 3 years and when you reach out in mud, snow, or dirt you will love em :)

The rubber mats should also reduce the road noise just a little compared to carpet mats.

@Zed - there should be this theory :D, but with the roof rack, led lightbar, and those tires - you would eliminate every chance of noise reduction like in my case hehe :)

I agree with your assessment (not a spectacular topic) ...BUT...I too have these exact ones and they are absolutely SUPERB ! Exactly for the reasons you mention in the video. I am even thinking of purchasing one more set (ideally, I would only need another driver's one) being afraid they might stop producing these. After about a year of use the area under my right foot heel is being scratched and worn out....but nothing serious....at least two more years to go OK. One question: it was just a two second view but I failed to see the tank refueling lever (driver's rubber mat has a cutout at this precise position).....how is that ?

Hello Boris :) - Thanks for your response - and yes nothing spectacular. But if we look in the future, seeling the car with a "good carpet" is easier - otherwise you will lose money while seeling with worn out things inside the car - so basic protection is a must have. For your question - my dacia duster 2018 prestige version - has no tank lever, first day i got inside the car i was searching for it - when i realized it , that the tank is reachable with just opening the "tank cover" - its not closed, and has no lever to open it. the tank cap is with a keyinsert protected so nobody steals your diesel, but the entry has no closing with a lever and cable to it.

@@SasaBuilds deep rubber mats - agreed...a very good investment, actually three of the best along with the front mudflaps (also with Duster inscription) and large trunk rubber mat (by the measure of usability and purpose👌👍👍....but also neat looking👍). Regarding the different solution for the tank cover, mine looks funny, to say the least (like on some Lada NIva or similar earlier cars) but it doesn't really bother me at all. This "variety" of solutions on a seemingly identical Duster/trim/year in this case might be connected with the fact I got mine with no classical (mechanical) key, but the Keyless card instead (which I dislike)....so they either would have needed to supply a separate key just for this purpose or make another "solution"....again, funny and a small "mistery" for me....since the Keyless card still has an emergency metal key inside ....just for the driver's door opening...why not a full key for both ???.😂

Hello Andre, and sorry for late response. Jep i replaced the original bulbs with led brighter ones. Btw: just to inform you - i will release a video - where i explain why i dont produce videos on this channels currently. im working on a big project (printing a 3d lifesize car 1:1) instagram: 3dauto.at->, and so i dont have really time to create new content -> but, i still have my dacia duster 2018 - currently it has 71000 km on the odometer :D.
