OP deserves whatever she got! She’s a WIMP! All she talked about was I want this and I want that. Everyone knows YOU DONT GET TGE BULL WITHOUT THE HORNS! Her dad didn’t protect her and he is NOT going against the stepmom. So she needed to make a decision. She should’ve had security on the lookout for the stepmom

OP..Do not be concerned about calling the police on both your Father and Stepmother. I would not walk down the aisle as long as they were in the room!!

Stepmom would have gotten red wine on her dress.

Not only did she come uninvited she came in a white wedding dress. That is one of the rudest things you could do in a wedding in United States, I hope someone poured red wine or food down her dress.

I’m glad you asked. Sometimes undesirable behaviors persist because people allow them to do so. When you worry about pleasing other people, you’ll always be plagued with disappointment & frustration. I would’ve let my father & his elderly harpy know that they weren’t invited to the wedding and reception. If they had another moment of total insanity & defied me, the consequences would be swift. They’d be removed by Law Enforcement as quickly as they came. If this offended people, they could follow in behind them. I would’ve posted men at the doors to make sure they wouldn’t get in. Her father never chose his daughter. If that were me, I’d embrace his decision & cease all contact with him. I honor the choices people make for themselves. In return, the have no choice but to honor mine. I don’t tolerate drama. People need to understand that they cannot change other people. We can only do so for ourselves.
