Yes 😊 I had after sun with us and then realised my tropic face mist contained aloe so was using that and it was very soothing. Back home and peeling now 😩

Apple cider vinegar works well on sunburns. Wet a cloth and then add the vinegar, lay on sore parts. Aloe works well also.

Kayleigh your all having fun i love the amusement park with inflatables for sienna felicity and rylie if he things hes too old hes not loved the day you had at the beach on the boat with a slide .i bet the pubs are making a killing on selling bottled water . progress has slowed down a little, she is able to walk a little without crutches now, but she still cant get the heel to the ground and the knee fully straightened. 🤞 we are still moving in the right direction to remission. She has physio tomorrow for the first time in 3 weeks.

But thankfully she still enjoyed herself and kept motoring on . Hope she gets on well at physio this week ready for the activites during tbe school hols px

U were right to buy store own brand sun cream as they have to pass the exact same tests as the expensive branded ones. However u might have got a bad batch or batch that had been sitting in the store too long as they do have a best buy date after which they lose their potency which might explain why u all got burnt. Don't blame yourself kayleigh ur heart was in the right place px

Turns out it was the insect repellent that caused it. I was using the 50% deet jungle formula. It can lower the sunscreen effectiveness by 40% x

I am looking forwatd to the vience installment i have always wanted to go but havent due to ill health but it is still on the to do list as soon as i am able .
