Yeah let your dad ramble. You don't realize how many of us like watching him because we didn't have a father who took the time to explain things to us tell us stories or share wisdom. Many of us love watching for that reason. He's as good of a dad as he is a chef. Your dad's not an iron chef. Your chefs an iron dad. Lol. We really do love his stories and the wisdom he shares. My dad was basically frank from shameless.

My one thing I’d eat for the rest of my life is lobster, if I had the money. 😝 Otherwise, a nice sockeye salmon is also really good. Eat it like sushi or smoked or cedar wood grilled or butter poached. So many ways to prepare, you wouldnt get bored of it, and all of it would be super yummy 😋

I love the way you say he's too loud on the phone and he says he's just being Chinese. Then you say he's messy in the kitchen well from a cooks viewpoint that's just him being a restaurant owner/chef. I'm a very clean cook if there's such a thing. I clean as I cook. But every boss I've ever had or chef I ever worked under was a hurricane in the kitchen. Leaving huge messes. That comes from years of having staff to clean up for them lol. I have to clean at the end of my shift. So I clean throughout to make it easier at the end. Your dad has people he pays to do that so he doesn't need to think about the cleanup. Least that's my theory for why restaurant owners and chefs are so damn messy. It's not just him. That's all chefs and restaurateurs.

I bet after he turns your fast food gourmet he says now you cleanup or else it's like in my home he who cooks the meal doesn't do cleanup. The rest of the family members who didn't cook have to clean. So I'm guessing he makes you clean the kitchen alot because he does the cooking am I right? So both at home and at work the head chef rarely is left with the cleaning and that's probably why he's so messy lol.
