In this EP obviously the lyrics will be a little more “childish”, but some already mature for their age: Billie was only 13-15 and Finneas 17-19 when they recorded it, but I think the songs are really good, beautiful and Billie charisma in her voice there at that age WOW🔥🥰 I can’t wait to see this reaction!

Finneas is the sole songwriter for "Ocean Eyes", "Watch", "6 ft. Under" [not on an album], "When the Party's Over", "My Strange Addiction" [the last 2 on WWAFAWDWG]. I love this EP - Billie does sound younger, but there's cleverness, and wit which belies her years. I'm 69 [67 when I first heard Billie & Finneas] - On Copycat, she's talking about others who are being 'fake' when they copy her. And "idontwannabeyouanymore" is 100 % Billie speaking to herself [no guys in that one] - it's almost my favorite of all Billie's - I

That’s really mind blowing how someone can be that good at that age. but did you know? Billie was inspired by Aurora (she’s a singer too) and she WROTE her song FROM 7th YEARS OLD! Insane! on one of billie interview she said that she watch Aurora & at that moment she knew she want to sing like her (carriers) so I really wish you check Aurora, she’s sound like magical creatures from the tale.
