Clear no to the question of the beginning of the Shuffle. It gives this dance movement a mainstream spotlight but it starts earlier. I was in the german rave scene in the early 2000 and then this videos from Australia went viral: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l6KxhqWijsdgms0 Melbourne Shuffle came from the Australian Rave Underground and with this video it infected the rest of the world.
