8mm home movies of family, friends, and "ME", from the late 50's and early 60's, filmed by dad in Denmark, Canada, and the US.

Wow, thanks. When I found all these little reels of 8mm Kodak film in an old cardboard box, I was pretty blown away at seeing the footage. I didn't even remember ever seeing 90% of them before. Dad would of been a heck of a KZbinr if they'd of had it way back then.

Wow, your parents were forward thinkers. I don't many people our age who have so much home video. Good for you and your family. It is priceless documentary. When you add it to the right music and editing, it becomes art for 'anyone' to enjoy. Jared

Thank you for the comment. Yea, after choosing the song, I tried to edit the vid so the scenes would kind of fit the lyrics. Thanks for stopping by aprilbaby64.

Well luckily, at 84, Dad doesn't try to do that to me anymore, haha. Yes ppp, those days did seem a more gentle, simpler time. But in 40 years you'll look back and probably say the same thing about your youth. Thanks for watching.

No, far from it. I just found this $89 video software I use, days after purchasing this, my first computer 2 years ago, to see if I could figure out how to save dad's old movies to DVD. Then later I discovered KZbin, got hooked and it's been downhill from there, hahaha. Thanks for taking a look!

Wow, this one almost had me crying and I don't even know the people in the video. That opening shot of the boat coming to the dock with the music is very effective. WONERFREAGINGFULL. Hey cputb1 who is getting the Flying Wallend treatment in the video. Is that you and your dad? Jared

No, no gymnasts in the tree as far as I know. But as I've said before, thankfully dad (now 87), doesn't try to toss me around like that anymore.
