I had the fortune of having Mr. Roma as our High School class advisor! He was an amazing teacher-positive, and motivational. I was lucky to run into him in college as we shared a time slot (albeit for different classes) and enjoy his company as a classmate rather than his student. After Graduation I had the privilege of being his DJ for 20 years for all of his school events, from talent shows to proms, and his commitment to his students, his positive energy and selfless acts of kindness made me realize how fortunate I am to be his student, classmate and friend. I’m glad you’re doing well, Roma! And thank you Kelly for showcasing this inspirational story and highlighting this amazing family!! WPHS ‘96, ROMA! ✌️
