В советские времена построили мы десятки 16квартирных домов, ни пеной, гвоздями, скобками непользовались, наши дома стоят до сих пор и в них живут благополучно люди. Наш инструмент острый тапор, нажовка, стамеска, пакля и бур для деревянных шкантов.

Спасибо, ребята, сразу детство вспомнила, у меня был конструктор - домик из таких брусочков, мне уже седьмой десяток, но эту игрушку помню до сих пор, очень люблю дерево

Сейчас эти конструктопы продаются, разных размеров домики. Избушка Теремок и прочие. В комплекте шкафчик и стульчик чтоб в дом поставить. И странного вида медвежонок.

Брус шикарный! Но технология строительства достаточно спорная. Впрочем в каждом регионе у плотников существуют свои убеждения. Для домика сделать бы литой фундамент, да вывести кирпичем на метр с закладкой анкеров для сцепления с брусом. И маленнький винный подвальчик не помешал!!!

Simple, effective and functional. A lot of fat lazy haters on here who have never done anything let alone build a house in a day. This isn’t a modern house but will probably last longer than your cookie cutter home. It’s a traditional home on the cheap. Great job. Love the tongue & groove lumber so it holds tight with no gaps and still allows expansion. Similar to a log cabin but without needing packing. We don’t have that here in the U.S. #Veterans4america

Одному знакомому тоже так быстро построили дом)) потом брус просох и повис на гвоздях. и только пеной дыры пенить больше ничего не помогло.

Не стоит гвозди использовать в таких домах. Дерево высохнет, а гвоздь нет. Щелки сложно будет заделать

Простой доступный проект. Первый венец я бы делал из лиственницы, она в разы лучше стоит как основа чем елка и сосна. Фундаментные столбы без перевязки по мне не совсем удачное решение. По опыту пробивание бруса гвоздями ведет к тому, что брус не сядет и будет висеть на гвоздях в результате чего между брусом увеличатся щели. Нужны деревянные шканты. Понятно почему на террасе брус вертикальный без домкратов....усадки не будет. Не увидел межвенцового утеплителя.

There's literally no cool ideas here, this is not the house, it's a demonstration of how it should NOT be done, at all costs. These people have no idea of how to build a wooden house that will last more than a year. And people who take 'ideas' from people like these are going to suffer big time

@@OmnifyMyAss I respectfully disagree , The 4 V notch slots to allign the logs is a GOOD IDEA , yes some Very rough cutting with the saw is done for sure , but different ways for different parts of the world.

@@johnmccallum9542 this technology does not require these slots, all you need is special glue. What they're doing is a waste of material that given time will dry up and form gaps between the logs, sometimes 2-3cm in height. As such - such a house is not suitable for living in cold weather, or during strong winds. These slots are for making log houses
