:::QUESTION::: Do you make sure to get enough sunlight in your daily activities?? Tony emphasizes drinking water & Keon emphasizes exercise, which is great. But as Black people Melanin is our version of photosynthesis for plants, we get a lot of benefits, energy & nutrients from it. I garden every morning & stretch in the sun before each workout to get mine. How do you get yours, or what steps will you take in the future to make sure you get enough? (I strongly believe Tony's dizzy spells are linked to his vitamin D deficiency from running from the sun)

Dewanda has the superhero I'm handling this shit walk down pat and I love it. And i didn't see Omar Sy Oscar winner Omar Sy get eaten so I hope he's back. Dewanda's character bought another plane and called it 2 so they'll be back with another movie. I loved the diversity. Nothing can beat the majesty and awe of the first movie IMHO. Enough with the hands, it was over played. The way the vilan never finished a sentence in that initial encounter was giving mad scientist meats Steve Jobs. He played the hell outta that role. Sitting in the movie theater It reignited my joy of seeing humans get their comeuppance from these creatures on the big screen (I also love godzilla/kong for this reason). I wasn't blown away but it was good

Gas goes up, shipping goes up, daily expenses go up, prices go up, that raises daily expenses more because all businesses need supplies, prices go up more.
