i don’t know or practise any dessert recipes other than the over abundance of backyard apples used in homemade pie. I do have a bunch of asian and euro main course recipes i’m good at, to the the point I skip dessert for seconds of main course. My bad or not, haven’t changed for years now ooops. This looks simple compared to the moo shoo pork or beef tripe stew so will try it for Xmas! love the channel Dad thanx. these are my favorite cookies. you gotta raise that bowl up to the beaater and scrape down DURING MIXING, not while you are forming the balls. With the large size kitchen aid, you want to lower the bowl, detach the mixer attachment from the arm but leave it stuck in the dough, pull the WHOLE thing out, scrape bowl thoroughly, then replace and reattach and continue mixing.

Nowadays, there are small countertop ovens that can bake, broil, toast, etc. Good for cookies and use less energy that a big oven. I use mine a lot and microwave only to heat up cold coffee!
