For the core I used 3 x 26ga kanthal . The coil in picture has about 0.25 ohm

metal guides are part of Daedalus kit. I cut them to be used as shown in video. This is valid only for Daedalus not for Daedalus Pro

Any idea if always get overlapping while tryin for multi core clapton i.e 3-4 core

Main cause of overlapping is the uneven friction: between spool and spool holder, between spool holder and table, between core wire(s) and spool holder hole or the wrap wire is not tightened enough. Using my method the core wires has to be straighten very well and the little cylinder to slide easy along the core wires. If for example you use 28Ga core wires and the 28Ga cylinder does not slide easy along the core wires you could use 26Ga cylinder (theoretically the difference is 0,084 mm) and it will slide easier even if there are small bends.

still don't get this method for me, the outer wire always slipped behind the smaller jig not in front of the jig

rounds the edge of the smaller jig with sandpaper to make the outer wire to slide easy or use a ballpen as in alien clapton video to make the outer wire to have a steeper angle
