Some of the weight divisions don't come up for our systems. For example the "Kids" division, it comes up blank. Using the most current updated software. Any suggestions?

Hello, we have communication error on serial. Wen we start fight, after some time (15-20 sec). It stops detect contact and does not count. How can we solve the problem?

My transmitters are now all saying they are low battery, what charger do you suggest? Also, the software I received does not work on Mac devices, how do I go about getting a Mac Version?

Depending on where you purchased your system, a barrel type charging port is typically used. You will need to contact your local distributor if you can purchase on from them. You may have a windows version of tkstrike. If you have a windowsOS, you can install the system, go to configuration, then updates. From there, you will find options to download newer updates, 32, 64-bit, and macOS. If you do not have a windowsOS, please also contact your local distributor if they can provide a macOS version.

I have tried to turn on the external screen function on the program, connected my laptop to the TV but the scoreboard does not appear on the TV even though I have checked my display settings . Any suggestions ?

Depending on your version of Windows, you may need to check your projection settings and make sure it's set to EXTEND. If you can see your mouse move to that screen, then extending the monitor needs no other adjustment. Alternatively, you are able to make adjustments in the EXTERNAL Tab in the configurations menu. if you still have issues, please contact [e-mail]. The person you bought the system from typically will provide either a usb or a link to download and install the Ring Management Software. You'll want to check with them before looking anywhere else on the internet.

Warranty starts within the date of purchase/received. 1 year warranty for the e-hogus and e-helmets 2 year warranty for electronics (transmitter, judge boxes, and receiver)
