Technically she was the rightful queen, with viserys dead and reagar being disowened from the throne...Jon was his son yes , but reager was not heir of the throne anymore...so

Even if Rhaegar wasn't disowned his marriage with Lyanna would never been legit according to the faith, there was no reason to anull his marriage with Elia. Even Targaryen kings had dragons and power they weren't able to have a second wife,Jon is and will always be a bastard unless he will be legitimized .

@@meloderieugif2294 line of succession dictates that Jon is the legitimate heir, since the line is passed down from the first born son also Rhaegar was never disowned his father had suspicions about him plotting to usurp him but that’s all and the wedding was also legitimate given the fact that the high septon himself allowed the annulment and wed them, it was only a secret wedding due to the rebellion

You clearly don’t know how monarchy’s work... if the heir dies before taking throne...his or her child is made the heir, not his siblings
