If you're good at flick shots & movement shots, high sensitivity is the way to go (7/8/9) If you're good at tracing, Medium sensitivity is the way to go (5/6) If you're a beginner at twin stick shooters, start with lower sensitivity and learn to trace (3/4/5)

Aim high, get a good line of sight, peek and skirt corners, don't hopgun unless you have good angles, just aim, and learn to duck quickly. If your aim is really garbage, roll tactical. But yeah, the guy saying aim assist makes it easier has no clue, it only compensates for what would be pinpoint precision with a mouse.
