Daevid always gave me hope that there was always hope. Hope of another way of life, of existence beyond this mundane materialist malaise that most of us are trapped in. Floating free on the other side of the sky. Love Light & Peace for evermore. Sad loss to this world...

Creativity. A real poet. In some composing and singing details, he remembers me the Beatles. A truly underrated artist. Hundred of composition different línea. A kaleidoscope work. I knew a few albums of him and his originality from 40 yrs ago, but just now I'm re-discovering his main works. 2032 blew my mind and I started then. Addicted to some of his songs. The whole world should know him. A very prolific artistas. From Argentina, RIP Daevid.

June 2016 "The Revv" Adrian invited some of Daevid's friends for a musical gathering in an old Winchester venue last played in by Kmoon 24 years previously, "a select high quality audience of friends" as Mark intimated. "The Burning Glass" played a set as did "Kangaroo Moon", with special guests Basil & myself but having opened the Moon set on acoustic didje I concentrated on getting the gig into sound and vision on a memory card! With a wee tweek EQ wise in the studio I hope all involved will agree to put it out as a dvd somewhen but getting together to mix it can't really happen at the moment. I think I'll put it up on youtube soon as it is because it really was a special evening in tribute to the man's genius that ought to be shared, Daevid's song book was used on the night and Mark even wore his stripey jacket at Adrian's request until it got too hot! I will post a link here when it happens and in other places so it can be enjoyed widely by friends. The comments show just how much the man is missed but think of a teapot that flies and join him whenever refreshment is required!************************************************

Does anyone know where this show was? In 1992 I was living in San Francisco and being a live recording engineer and Gong fan I recorded the shows at the I-beam Feb 26 1992, and Kennel Club March 3 1992. I got to meet Daevid and was invited to attend one of his workshops in Oakland Ca, and it was a magical experience. Daevid was an amazing human being and I am truly honored to have gotten to know him a little better.. R.I.P. Daevid.
