According to my observations, your work is logical and professional! Jalltest has more convenient wiring diagrams than Davie.

@@TRUCKTECHUKif you can do one with the temperature. I had change 4 truck already with thermostate problem but the client is replacing it and I don't know what the right temperature is for which one because it has two thermostat and if you can do one with the rear brakes system

Hi Russel, I find the diagnostic videos very informative. Please also once a movie where you replace some again I have had a similar problem on a Scania when you get out of the cab the PTO quit when you get back in the cab it went back on. Cable break after the bulkhead Was easy to find with my fat body the cab moved quite a lot while getting in.😂😂 See you next time

Hello Sir,for the accelerator pedal DTC you must check the humidity sensor and crankshaft module because one of those is gone bad,nice video like always.Have a great Sunday👍

Hey Ally, thanks for the comment. yes as always I'm called in last. All of the parts mentioned were changed and the faults were still active. Obviously, it was a fuse blown which must have been due to one of the components but they never checked this. The trucks still going which always helps 😂👍

I'd like to see you do a video on alternator faults. Been back & forth to a Scania that's not charging, this week. Owner sourced a new alternator, I fitted it - batteries were knackered, I didn't have my booster with me & they'd nothing to boost it off, so I couldn't start the truck, "presumed" all would be good with new batteries fitted. Nope - still not charging after getting new batteries. I was flat out all week, so didn't get back for a look, meanwhile every man & their dog had a "go" at it, all failing to get it charging. Finished up on a customers vehicle early today, so I went for a look. My "version" is the new alternator is a dud. I checked the wiring, earths, blah blah - all good, zero output from the alternator. However, I'm a jeep mechanic, not a truck mechanic, so there may be a noob bit of info I'm missing regarding how trucks "speak" to their alternators in order to tell them "start charging, Pal". Thing is, none of the "truck" mechanics that have looked at it had a scobies either - they had no more success than me. Some light education would be hugely appreciated. :-) I'm just barely smart enough to know that I may be very stupid when it comes to hgv charging systems. YT has close to no good "Truck alternator" videos btw.. they're all pants.

Finaly got a bigger van i see, somtimes that not a good thing started off with small van then got bigger and put more tools in and ended up doing jobs i didnt want to but when its quite moneys money 😁 but am sure you will be fine doing what your doing keep it up and take it easy 👍

Hey Garry thanks for the comment and for watching the videos. You will see in my OLD VIDEOS I was using DAVIE but stopped using it as JALTEST has all the same features, costs less and more people can afford it so the videos benefit more people using a tool they can purchase. I'm glad you enjoy the videos buddy, I wish I could make things less complex and hopefully one day, I will be able to bring some sort of online academy to people who want to move on up in diagnostics

Yer I might just start making content on everything rather than the bits I think are valuable from my perspective, it's moved away from specific faults to more of a technical vlog so it might end just being a VLOG of my week, remove and replace and all the bits in the between 😂😂😂
