On this episode, I've chosen "Get Lucky" by Daft Punk.
It has a nice melody and a catchy rhythm, but i decided to go on the opposite direction and slowed it down, phrasing with touch-sensitivity and (of course!) feel.

Wonderful guitar looping! Just curious, is that a Marshall DSLR tube amp that you're playing on? Sounds great, and keep it going!

Thanks mate, I really appreciate that! Truth be told, I never use the Marshall behind me, it’s an old solid state that I keep just because it was my first amp. My signal chain in the video was: Tele, Soul food, OCD, Belle Epoch into an Ibanez Tsa15 head. I use the ocd set low gain to simulate amp breakup, with a little boost from the sf to give it more punch and mids. Glad you like the sound 💪🏻 Cheers!

Yeah I’m sure there are great pedals out there, but for my needs a combination of a full eq drive (i. e. ocd, blues driver or ehx crayon) and a mid boosted one (klone type or ts) give me all the flavors I need, depending how I stack them. Or maybe it’s because I can’t afford boutique pedals ahahah
