Mini Mouse Cake
Mousse cake is typically creamy, fluffy and thick dessert. It is originally made of egg whites, heavy cream, chocolate, butter, coffee, sugar and topped with whipped cream and raspberry. But for todays video we will make the eggless version of mousse cake. Very easy, rich and flavorful!
Cream base ingredients:
740ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
300ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
2 tbsp gelatin,clear&unflavored(soaked in 1/4 cup water,room temp.)
3-4 tbsp hot water
cake used:
*moist chocolate cake
*chocolate chiffon cake
*vanilla chiffon cake
Fillings&topping:
chocolate ganache
coffee
milo
oreo
ube halaya
strawberry
mango
blueberry
whipped cream
