Chudu is a national dish of the peoples of the Republic of Dagestan. It is a closed pie made of thin dough with a variety of fillings. It is traditionally prepared on holidays as a symbolic sign of respect for guests.
Dough:
- flour - 500 g
- water - 250 ml
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
Filling:
- ground beef - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc
- salt and pepper to taste
