2 biji bawang holland
1 biji lada benggala merah
6 ulas bawang putih

Sos
2 sudu besar sos tiram
2 sudu besar kicap biasa
2 sudu besar sos cili
2 sudu besar sos plum
2 sudu besar madu
2 sudu teh cuka
