.200 gm okra
2 Onion
2 tomato
1 tsp chop green chilli
150 gm curd
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
chop coriander
1/4 tsp garam masala powder

You said after putting curd keep the flame high which is wrong . I did the same and my curd got currled . Chefs always say keep the flame low when curd is put but you are saying the opposite.
