Did you boil the milk till it becomes half and then set a curd ??

@@minisonawane763 Not too much boiling to make it half but once and make it frothy on top. Don't add curd in too hot milk let it cool for 30 minutes in room and then add 2 table spoons curd without stirring the milk. Keep it overnight and enjoy a good curd in the morning. Dudh ache se ubalna chahiye fir usko thanda hone ke liye rakh do.. Usme ungli dal kar dekh lo garam bhi nahi aur thanda bhi nahi aisa lage tab usko dahi dalke jama do... Minimum 6 to 7 hours me dahi jam jayega fir use freez me thanda hone ke liye rakh do... Thanda hone ke bad dahi khatta nahi hoga..
