Dahi Pakudi Recipe ( Odia ) | Kadhi Pakoda Recipe | Dahi Kadhi Pakoda : It is a very healthy and tasty recipe. The main ingredient of dahi pakudi or kadhi pakoda is curd and gram flour ( besan ). So, try this healthy dish and serve it with plain rice , roti or paratha.
Ingredients :
1. Curd - 1 cup
2. Gram flour ( Besan ) - 2-3 tsp
3. For making pakoda we need :
- Onion - 2 ( medium )
- Green chilli - 1 ( as required )
- Gram flour ( as required )
- Baking soda ( A pinch )
4. Crushed ginger - 1 tsp or 1 inch
5. Fresh curry leaves
6. Chopped coriander leaves
7. Green chilli - 2
8. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
9. Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
10. Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
11. Salt to taste
12. Oil to fry
