Hello Ranveer, Namaste. My mom's from Lucknow and she is amazing cook and would loved to feed neighborhood and tell stories about food. She is 78 and suffering from Alzheimer back in India. I always thought I will write all her recipes down one day . I am in US and never got that time and she is now cannot tell them due to her state. I keep watching your videos specially all dishes from Lucknow and your stories interlock with what mom used to tell. I want to tell that you have become so special for our family. You are able to revive my childhood memories that I will be able to pass down my daughter. We love you and support you.

The way you explain the concepts is amazing. My wife and you have really intrigued my interest towards cooking. I cook regularly now and am in favour of a new model where husband and wife both work and cook both meals everyday which will keep their relationship strong.

Dear chef, I have become a huge fan ever since I chanced upon your channel. I love the narrative and the joy with which you cook, sounding so down to earth like a family member. My request is that you also highlight tips such as temperature (low/medium/high flame) at which food needs to be cooked e.g. here at what heat the Kadhi should cook so it doesn't break up and how we will know the right time to drop the pakodas so they get cooked without disintegrating etc. Loving your channel and am trying out a few recipes with success, looking forward to many more, please keep at it to help people like me cook simple yet delicious home cooked food. Thank you!

Well my grandmother used to do a diet . 3 days only chass . I tried once and my god this turned great .this diet makes your whole digestive track clean . Please try if you can .first day of the 3 days you will feel tired but trust me its worth it. 2nd and 3rd days of the diet will make you fell better❤️

Sir,I am from telangana&andhrapradesh,now staying in mumbai.but my husband's liking for original homemade ghee n my mother's ritual of churning butter from dahi made me realise the importance of mathan ki dahi😀 n a deep liking of that made me follow the same ritual even now a days despite being a working woman just like my mother.and sir we south indians also make a lot of dahi ka kadhi with lot of green Bayalu/ palak n other veggies.i still make home made butter n ghee n buttermilk out of malai with our wooden mathna.😀feeling happy to share with u

Wow Chef. I like the Gujaraati logic of wanting to save time by using the “Dapka” method. I guess the ghee tadka in the end, helps in not compromising with taste. Will have to try this though without using sugar😂. Thank you Chef. ❤️❤️❤️
