Ingredients:
For the Phulki:
- 300 gm Phulki
- Warm water to soak
For the Yogurt Mixture:
- 1/2 cup Yoghurt (dahi)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Whisk until smooth
For the Toppings:
- Boiled, cubed potatoes
- Imlie Chutney (tamarind chutney)
- Mint and Green Chilli Chutney
- Finely chopped onion
- Finely chopped tomatoes
- chopped green chillies
- chopped fresh coriander
- Chaat Masala
Instructions:
1. Start by preparing the toppings:
- Boil the potatoes until tender.
- Chop the onion and tomatoes.
2. Prepare the yogurt mixture:
- Whisk together the yoghurt, sugar, and salt until smooth.
3. Assemble the Dahi Phulki:
- In a large bowl, arrange a layer of Phulki.
- Add a layer of boiled potatoes on top of the Phulki.
- Sprinkle chopped onion, tomatoes, and Chaat Masala.
- Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the potatoes.
- Add a spoonful of Imlie Chutney and Mint and Green Chilli Chutney on top.
5. Garnish with additional chopped mint, onion, and Chaat Masala, if desired.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:
- Adjust the amount of chutneys and spices to your taste.
