#Shorts 🙋‍♀️Have you ever done this stretch before? Um... WOW 😮 Do it right now - how amazing is that?!?!
💥When you spend a large majority of your day holding things, looking down, and being in a forward rounded position, it's SO COMMON to develop those nasty, stabbing knots along your shoulder blades. 😩😩😩
⬆️This is the ONLY stretch I've ever done that actually targets those knots and gets right into it. But you gotta do it exactly as I show it here, with the exhale and everything. 🌬️
EXTRA TIP: Combine this stretch with a pec/chest opening stretching and you've got a winning combination for your posture 🙌🙌🙌

Oh my gosh. Thank you!! 🙏 I felt the reverse pain while doing it. Ya know, that GOOD pain. It really did help. But I think I’m gonna need a lot more before it eases up.

You are an angel among the heavens. For Two weeks now,I've had this pain under/between my left shoulder from getting my mid back cracked while I was in-hailing. It wasnt by choice and was situational. Regardless. That stretchemakes this pain and discomfie dissappear, So thank you.

That’s ok! Simply by trying to squeeze them towards each other will in turn stretch the backside 👍

Totally ok!! Just work on squeezing your elbows together without crossing, and then going through the rest of the motion 👍

Helped my Knotted Traps a great deal. I have Cervical Instabilities which is the Culprit for severe trigger points in both the shoulder traps, the left is worse. They are "rock hard" all the time form the pinched nerves in the neck from Stenosis and Arthritic vertebrae / facet joints. THX for this video . I feel the Blood flowing through My Shoulders !!

Something click hard back on top side of the shoulder feel instantly big light feeling, didn't feel any weight in shoulder. Feel great. Will see , will stay that way

I have numerous pinched nerves in my neck & my traps are so tight. My right arm falls asleep on the bottom side only. It's weird.

If that's the case, you can simply press your elbows and wrists together without the crossover. Still works great!

It sounds like you're experiencing some tightness in your elbows. Stretching and gentle movements might help increase your flexibility over time. Take it slow and listen to your body's cues!
