I have this issue: I have a Dahua IP WiFi VTH (DHI-VTH2621G-WP), firm. version 4.6 I'm using a 4G LTE WiFi router. Although I did exactly the steps, the VTH could not connect to the Cloud. (I see the non-enabled cloud icon on the upper left corner of the VTH screen) Any help,Ttanks.

hello, bought a 3211d from you and this vth i can call vth with dmss and other way... but when someone press door it rings only on vth and call not forwarded. how did you managed that ?
