Was funny to see him realize this on stream. The moment it clicked for him that Kage is safe on wakeup with VT1 activated and has one bar of meter. If his ex-dp lands on a opponent trying to oki, he has placed the opponent in an oki situation. If it is blocked, he can ashura out backwards to safety. And all this is only some of the crazy things you can do with this VT.

Oh my what is this Okizeme. Usually it means when you pressure your opponent when they are knocked down and getting up (like meaty hits and such). So when they say "You get oki" it means you get a chance to pressure your opponent while they're knocked down.

Shit blows my mind dude. Ever since he's been recording his hands, I realize now that this guy has fucking PERFECT execution. If you watch this shit in slow mo, this guy just buffers EVERYTHING, he's literally playing ahead of time. Then you see someone try a crossup on him and he just gets those autocorrect shoryukens with ease. Perfect execution and quick reactions, very admirable.

hmm, i still think VT 2 is better for daigo anyways. VT 1 seems a lot harder to employ even if it has bigger payoffs, as that ashura combo does huge damage. i guess vt 1 is still 2 bars compared to 3 but daigo usually only gets 1 activation anyways. i think VT 2 has better pressure because of raging demon, even if VT 1 has big mixup potential. I think VT 2 is strong enough since it is easier for daigo to employ seemingly. but its good to see him explore options since it would get boring otherwise all hail the kage library that is nao kun

I'm a little miffed that basic Ryu is always gypped in these new games. They always take away his shakunetsu and give it to Evil Ryu. I wouldn't even mind if they gave him the heavy only pseudo-shakunetsu from Alpha 1. It's an important tool and part of the reason Evil Ryu always outshines regular Ryu.

I think it had to do with the plot. Canonically in this Version he has finally overcome and suppressed the Satsui no Hadou (allowing for Kage's physical manifestation as a consequence) and cutting himself off from using any of its dark abilities in favour of his newly discovered ability "Fist of Nothingness" 💪👊 This was highlighted with his White Fireballs and in the video of his final fight against Necalli with his use of his Lightning Release Focus (Raiton) and White Fist Counter-Punch (V-Trigger 2 Parry).

you do a single input notation and produce two results, if blocked Kage will teleport, if hits then teleport wont come out. I dont know the input yet though. Im guessing you do.. forward down forward mp+hp+hk

Teiga Its a specific timing to the teleport cancel to where if it hits, the teleport wont come out and if its blocked, the teleport comes out. Just takes a lil practice.

I just read this on Dustloop actually, apparently it's when you block a high attack then go to low block before the blockstun from the high is finished. Looks like you're standing but you're blocking low in reality, then a character can jump and hit you with a overhead that'd normally miss a crouching character? How would something like that translate in Street Fighter? What is a fuzzy input?

To be fair, some characters have stupid abusable tools others don't. Like ryu vs1 and vt2, or rashid vs2, or menat orbs making whiffed ca or specials safe, or abigail vt1 and vt2, etc.. Edit: most characters have something stupid only they can abuse
