Diago is one of the greatest, if not the best, 'readers' in the game. Give him a couple of sets and he will analyse and dismantle his opponents playing style and routines, then take them apart. What a legend.

You can tell just after the 3rd plex Birdie was way too scared to turtle in the corner because of the throws and got set up for the dizzy instead. In the corner when he plays Guile, this is classic Daigo. Also, he has a great walk-up throw. Makes me chuckle every time because it's just so ridiculous that he can get away with that. It's like a solid 1 or 2 second stroll to the character and he just throws them. Gets me every time!

Its even worse than just a bad habit. Since those jump ins work on ladder, he doesn't actually have a reason to develop a sophisticated ground strategy. He has a complete lack of experience on the ground against really strong players. He literally doesn't know what to do, he has no game plan on the ground, so he always ends up going for a jump.

It’s boring to watch. But if you’re in the match or if you understand the mindset it’s pretty sick. It’s all about perfect spacing, having good reaction time and answers to their approaches, and feeling your opponents rhythm so you can stuff their buttons with your own. Execution comes last, so that when you get that hit you’re looking for you can make it count.

The gum is the worst a slow start up like pumping a bike tire but fun I guess not practicall tho against pro players or anyone half decent
