The camshaft gear on one camshaft is actual 2 gears that are springloaded. The thin gear is twisted about 2 teeth until those screws fit in and then secured before it is mounted to the gear of the second camshaft. This avoids running noises. After both camshafts are mounted, the 2 helper screws are removed and there is tension (no play) between the 2 camshafts.

ah OK thank you so much. the motor had a starting problem. we changed the sensor, still gave us the same problem, after brought down the head and takes it for rectification. then we fixed it back everything was going fine, after two hours I start the engine two cylinders were functioning and smoking badly. any experience?

Smoking white, blue or black? White is water steam (gasket on the intake manifold defective) blue is oil (piston rings, valve seals), black is unburned gasoline (injector problem). You can go to channel info (button send email) and send me your email.

hi l did mark all but the grinding shop moved intake cam internaly marks fit but the narrower was moved now car wont start have you cam scheme or book lt only missfirs on o 1 cyl thx
