I was pretty surprised by his appreciation for the cleanliness of the air, even in Helsinki which is the most clogged and congested city in Finland 😱If anything, maybe next time you dip in the sea after sauna, do it slowly. Take a deep breath and take your time to acclimate to the waters temperature, don't move around, sooner than later you'll find the water become very warm around you, and only once you move, does it get cold again. 😄 Godspeed anyhow, love the videos.

Pretty sure the salmon on the bread was actually cold-smoked, which is an entirely different process from regular hot smoking. "It's cool that a poet became a statue" Is one of those lines with which you find cultural differences in casual conversation. Someone could talk to me about Japanese culture for hours and I'd probably never get to learn that statues of poets are rare. That being said, it is very much logical that Runeberg would be more treasured than most poets. Runeberg and his contemporaries didn't just comment on their time, they more or less invented our national identity, yet they are still recent enough that their lives are entirely documented. Few people have ever been in such a position.
