Question: I only have Tank and LWT Main but I have radiators in the house as well as underground heating. What setting heats my radiators? - some radiators in the bathroom have no thermostats whilst the ones up stairs do.

My main issue is the anti pipe Freeze operation mode kicks in at around 9 degrees and because of this it didn’t ever seem to be off during the cold winter months! Is it possible to adjust the temperature so that the anti pipe freeze kicks in at a lower temperature? Please someone help as it’s costing me a fortune!

Hi a question for you if still look here. I used to be able to get the full menu like at 2:48. But now all i can get is set time/date. anything i can do to get proper menu back?

Can someone please tell me how to switch the thermostat on, bloody company said going on holiday tomorrow and are of no help whatsoever. Wish we had never had it installed, so expensive when 0degrees, £25 a day in 4 bedroom house and thats with only 3 rads out of 14 switched on. Says rads are warming up, have been for 3 days now and still freezing!

Thanks for very clear and informative video. One question. I want to use the boost feature for the hot water tank but when I go into that mode I only get the master temperature. I don't seem to have the two 'Reheat' icons that appear on your video. Could you tell me what to do to be able to see them. Thanks, Allan
