I used to take naps/chakra clear in the coat room area on my break when I worked-no one came in and it was dark enough and quiet. That was the only way that I could get through the demanding day of working with kids and other teachers because I’m an empath. I had to release the energies that my body had collected in order to go out and continue to be productive and in good spirits😃. Needless to say, I currently work alone and enjoy it immensely!
