Bro i can relate to you so much already in this. I drank literally for a year straight from sun up til I passed out. I was never sober and was hospitalized numerous times. I was so close to death just cause I didn't want to be me. I was hooked on heroin and alcohol at the same time and when I finally SURRENDERED and just told God straight up "I can't do this anymore, if you're real then show me because I'm done". That's when I received my awakening. That light is a beautiful thing to see man ... much love my dude

Similar story here. From 2020 -2023 I slowly ramped up my drinking. I NEVER liked getting plastered, so I would drink small amounts but very consistently, started with beer, then strong IPAs, which got expensive so I switched to vodka. As my tolerance grew and grew, I got the point were I could likely pass a field sobriety test with a .24BAC.My drinking got so bad, I was drinking about 1 - 1.25 liters of straight vodka right from the bottle, spread throughout the day as a self-medication for anxiety more than a party drug. I kept a handle of vodka next to the bed so if I woke I'd take a chug, chased with water and go back to sleep. First thing in the morning? a chug. I filled up empty nipper bottles with 50%abv vodka for work. Had some form of alcohol on me at all times. Funny thing is, none of my coworkers thought I had a drinking problem. I guess because I was always drunk, I would've seemed off to them if I were sober. Eventually I just started feeling more and more ill, hallucinating cobwebs, feeling like I could see through my eye lid, the WILDEST vivid dreams. Got the point I couldn't even drink water without vomiting and called 911. So dehydrated it took 6 tries to get an IV, hallucinating cobwebs crawling across the hospital ceiling . I had severe acute pancreatitis, a very bad case of it. I had two admissions for detox and pancreatitis before, but this was by far the worst. 3 days in ICU, 3 on general floor. That was my real awakening.

What a different and beautiful side of you. It's not easy sharing things you aren't necessarily proud about. I wish you only the best on your journey. I love seeing you love and feel certain music the same exact way I do. I think good music has definitely saved my life many times. I hope this channel and your truths will give others that passion for life through the magic of a lyric that hits your heart, or a guitar sound that soothes your soul. Bless you PREEESTONNNN ❤😃

Love the videos Preston, don’t stop making em. You are a huge inspiration to me and my life. Thanks for everything you do. I’m glad you found your way through your alcohol issue, a wise man once said you gotta experience before you can inspire. I had a friend of mine yesterday get super drunk at a bar we took him outside he puked his guts out, and I helped him get home safely. I’m glad god is putting me in these situations because as hard as it is to see my friend do this to himself it’s an experience for me that I did something good for someone, and I’m gaining life Experience by the day. Much love Preston 👊🏻

Bro love your vids, been following you since your first 50 cent reactions because I'm a huge g unit fan. Then you disappeared and you came back with something more real and deeper than your previous content and I'm glad you found something that makes you fulfilled. Point of this is we all have our problems and sometimes it is good to see someone speaking honestly about their experience. Good luck in the future bro

Never again. How many of us have said that. Kudos again, brother. BTW, I was drinking so much caffeine that my heart went into SVT. Basically, my heartbeat went to 225 bpm. It was scary, but I made it through.
