I'm dealing with the same feelings! I've been sick (probably just a flu) and I feel too anxious about missing work to relax but when I log on to try to do a few things for work, I can't focus because I feel like garbage. One minute at a time!!!

My kids are grown(23 and 20 y.o.) and I 100% miss those those little, middle school moments, when they wanted to be loved on. Now they are just stinky almost-adults who I want out of my house.😂

Ugh, don’t miss pms 😂. But don’t recommend menopause either. I’m only in my mid 40’s but going through the change. Before this year, I hardly ever cried at anything unless I was supremely pissed, which was contradictory and confusing for my husband, he try to comfort me because tears and I'd want to rip him a new one. Now I’m an emotional sobbing mess over almost everything. It’s unbelievable. I hate crying 😢 i I’m not a pretty cryer 😆. But now I’m always crying.

It’s such an annoying battle! My partner (who’s also named Michael and loves to go, “me?””no, she’s not talking about you.” Every time you mention your husband😂) I’ve described to saying on paper my life is good. So, why am I still struggling to just do basic adult things?! I’m exhausted with everything. I have good intentions, but then do nothing! I don’t know what to do with myself. But, yes, we’ve got this and can get through it.

It is a Hobonichi Five year journal, I bought mine off Amazon, but you can get 5 year journals many places!
