Love this Shawna!! I like calling it a “flow”, that is just how we do it in our home as well 😁😁👌There is karate and piano lessons that happen at a specific time, but we work around that 👏🏻

I have grown to favor less hard commitments. Homeschooling is just ruining me for real life🤣

I love a flow for those elementary years. It's the way to go! Thanks for sharing your thought process. It is super helpful! I'm eager to see the Woven Melodies and MCT videos!

A History of US is insanely detailed, probably detailed enough for junior high school. My 5th grade son just reads a chapter or 2 every couple of days and watches the Crash Course US history episodes on KZbin. History of US can become overwhelming if you try to add to much to it though because it is already so much info.

I'm not at all opposed to using what we can and leaving the rest. I always forget about crash course! It really, really seems like so much!

I dont know how jr high and high school credits work but it seems like almost enough to have them earn actual credit

We used it for 8th grade with BookShark. It was amazing but even a lot of work for that grade.

I just love you and wanted to let you know. When I am feeling overwhelmed with homeschooling, I come to your channel. I love the mommy and me Monday idea and the clear board you use. By the way, the free printables link isn't working. Thank you!

😁 So think link is to a pdf download. When I try it, it works but several people have had issue with it. Try just copy paste the link into your browser. I'll repaste them here in case it helps. makingeverydaymagic.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Flow-printable.pdf makingeverydaymagic.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Hourly-Schedule.pdf
